Love Sick

I've been thinking about him a lot lately. So many couples take it for granted when they're able to spend every day with one another. I would give anything to be able to have him here by my side right now and to feel him hug me and kiss me. But that's not possible. However, I wouldn't change what we have because we love each other and share something great together. I'm counting down the days until we start a life together and we can always be together. I love you babe I miss you.

It's Forever

Meet the love of my life, Eddie. Or as I like to call him, Wolfie. We've been together for two years now (our anniversary is next week!) and we have shared some of the happiest moments of my life. Nobody and nothing compares to what we have with each other. He is my boyfriend, best friend, confidant, partner, lover; my whole world. We are young, but regardless of our age we are fully committed to each other and we want to start a life together. Eddie is such a loyal, trustworthy, loving, caring, funny, intelligent, and humble person. This wonderful man has inspired me and has taught me how to trust again.

Here we are during my cosmetology school graduation. He brought me flowers and actually gave a little speech in front of the whole school!

Night out at a bar with our friends! He makes me smile :)

Us dancing at the viva las vegas rockabilly weekend. We had the time of our lives there. And as you can see we certainly enjoyed the dancing.

One of my favorite pictures of us. I'm wearing his hat that he gave me.

I love you with all my heart baby! I want to marry you and be with you until the very end. You complete me.
Little Red loves Wolfie XoXo

My Fellow Red Headed Bombshells

As if it weren't obvious enough already, I absolutely love the color red. From the color of my hair, to my lipstick, and all the way down to my nail polish; I live and breathe red. Two of my favorite red heads that I draw inspiration from are Red from Tex Avery's cartoon "Red Hot Riding Hood" and Jessica Rabbit from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit."

This short cartoon was made in the 1940's and is similar to the original little red riding hood story with a few differences. It features a wolf who is referred to as "Wolfie" who is awaiting a performance by the beautiful and talented girl named "Red." As Wolfie watches Red sing and dance on stage, he is put under her spell and begins to howl with desire for her. Red was created in the image of the famous pin up, Betty Grable, which is where the style of her hair and body frame originate from. I like how she's adorned in all red and how cute her curly hair looks. Wolfie is enticed by her dazzling spectacle as she is the ultimate object of desire. However, Red denies Wolfie's advances and she remains unattainable.

This is one of my favorite pictures of them. When I first saw this cartoon it instantly reminded me of my boyfriend Eddie and I. He has always had the nickname "Keencatwolf" and in a way he really does resemble a wolf. I proudly sport red hair and I wear lots of red clothes so people call me "Red." So, in other words he's my Wolfie and I'm his red. Except he actually won me over, unlike in the cartoon haha.

The second red headed vixen I admire is the sexy and gorgeous Jessica Rabbit from the movie "Who Framed Roger Rabbit." The artists for this film actually looked to "Red Hot Riding Hood" for inspiration when they created her character. As a young girl I remember watching "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" on my television screen and being unable to take my eyes off of Jessica Rabbit. I adored her long red hair that swooped across her face, her tight red dress that showed off her curvy yet slender frame, the soft and sexy way she sang on stage, her vibrant purple gloves, and the way she demanded attention.

Nobody could look as sexy as she does while pointing a gun! Another reason why I love her! I will never forget the scene with her and Eddie Valiant where she says to him, "You don't know how hard it is being a woman looking the way I do." Valient replies, "You don't know how hard it is being a man looking at a woman looking the way you do." Jessica then says, "I'm not bad...I'm just drawn that way." That has to be one of my all time favorite quotes! Thus the title of my blog.
